Siduri is a fruity and aromatic rosé wine with persistent aromas of strawberry and jam. With zesty acidity, the wine is fresh and dry on the palate. Our rosé, which is made with 100% Merlot grapes, can also be paired with some light food.
Pairing: Siduri perfectly pairs with savory starters, salads, seafood risotto, white meats, fish and grilled prawns. Can also be an ideal aperitif wine in summers. Serve at 10/12°c
Myra - is a pleasant and fruity red wine with an aroma of wild berries and cherries and delicate floral notes. It represents a fresh and balanced Sangiovese grape blended with a little percentage of Merlot, a mix that produces a rich wine of great complexity. We age only in steel containers for 12 months, followed by a minimum 6 months in the bottle.
Pairing: Myra pairs well with pasta dishes, both simple and rich, grilled chicken, and medium-aged cheeses. Pleasant even in the summer, it can be served at a slightly lower temperature (15/16 degrees centigrade).
Arya is a classic full-bodied red wine aged in French oak barrels for around 24 months, followed by at least six months in the bottle. With 100% Sangiovese grape and no yeast added this natural wine truly represents Tuscany. With a complex aroma and notes of ripe plum, pepper and other spices, this elegant and rich wine is of exceptional quality.
Pairing: Arya - is best paired with red meats and game, such as pork, beef, wild boar or steak, as well as aged cheeses like Pecorino stagionato.
Our Riserva is a wine made with a selection of the best grapes in our vineyards and made only in good years. It is yet again a full-bodied 100% Sangiovese wine aged in French oak barrels for 30 months, then refined in the bottle for about a year. With intense aromas, notes of sour cherries, wild berries, pepper and other spices, this is an incredibly well balanced wine.
Pairing: Ojas - is ideally paired with game, roast meats, grilled lamb, aged cheese and blue cheese.
Our Happiness is a rich blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot aged for three to four years in Oak and in the bottle. With flavours of dark fruit, well rounded tannins, a complex structure and a silky smooth finish, this is a celebration wine!
It is a limited production wine and is available for sale just in our winery or by mail order.
Amata is a traditional Tuscan dessert wine. Rich in aroma, it has notes of honey, apricot, and hazelnut. Sweet and with a velvety finish, it is an incredibly harmonious wine. Traditionally, Vin Santo is paired with biscotti and is served as a dessert in Tuscany. Dark chocolate, blue cheeses, and nut-based desserts also pair well with this wine. However, we recommend you to have our Amata neat after a hearty dinner near the fire place.
Our extra virgin olive oil is organic and cold pressed.
